Qingdao APT held outdoor expansion training

on November 9, 2019. More than 20 team leaders in the workshop of Qingdao Guangying Company went to Laoshan inspirational Development Base in Qingdao City to participate in outdoor expansion training. Through the development of activities, the purpose is to exercise the strong will of employees, enhance team cohesion and overall centripetal force. So that new and old employees can quickly integrate into the team, by strengthening communication between employees, to find a sense of collective belonging. 

At 8: 00 in the morning, the expansion training officially began. All divided into red      team and blue team two groups, respectively carries on the confrontation. 

   After dividing into groups, the red and blue teams began a fierce confrontation and cooperation. 

   At 5: 00 p.m., the expansion training is over. The players have all achieved excellent results. 

Through this activity, we have a profound understanding of the importance of unity,           in addition to unity, division of labor and cooperation is also very important. In the future, in work and life, we should also help each other, unite and cooperate in order to achieve win-win results!
